Legal document governing the use of our services

1. Definitions

  • CloudSales CRM: Business management and digital marketing platform operated by CloudSales CRM S.A.S.
  • User: Individual or legal entity that accesses and/or uses CloudSales CRM services.
  • Account: Profile created by the user to access services.
  • Content: Information, texts, graphics, software, databases and other materials in CloudSales CRM.
  • Services: Functionalities and tools offered by CloudSales CRM.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • You declare you are of legal age in your country of residence.
  • You have legal capacity to contract.
  • You have read and accepted these terms.
  • If you use CloudSales CRM for a company, you guarantee having authorization.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Access and Registration

  • You must provide truthful and updated information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
  • You cannot share your credentials with third parties.

3.2 Prohibitions

  • Prohibited to use CloudSales CRM for illegal activities.
  • Do not attempt to breach system security.
  • Do not post illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not use bots or automated software to interact with the platform.

3.3 Service Availability

CloudSales CRM may modify, suspend or interrupt the service without prior notice for maintenance, update or security reasons.

4. Plans, Pricing and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with varying features and prices. Detailed information is available at www.cloudsales.mx.

4.2 Payments and Billing

  • Payments are made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  • All prices include applicable taxes.
  • No refunds are offered once payment is processed.

4.3 Cancellation and Renewal

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
  • If you don't cancel before the renewal date, the next cycle will be charged automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 CloudSales CRM Rights

All content, software and registered trademark of CloudSales CRM are property of CloudSales CRM S.A.S. and are protected by intellectual property laws in Mexico, USA, Canada and the EU.

5.2 Usage License

CloudSales CRM grants users a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform. You cannot:

  • Copy, modify or distribute CloudSales CRM software.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
  • Use the name "CloudSales CRM" without prior authorization.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

CloudSales CRM collects personal information from users according to our Privacy Policy available at www.cloudsales.mx.

6.2 Information Security

We implement security measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security on the Internet.

6.3 User Rights

Users can request access, rectification or deletion of their data by sending an email to [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudSales CRM will not be responsible for:

  • Technical errors, connection failures or service interruptions.
  • Damages caused by misuse of the platform.
  • Economic losses derived from the use of services.

The user assumes the risk when using CloudSales CRM and releases the company from any legal responsibility within the terms permitted by law.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.

If you access from the United States or Canada, you agree that disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mexican courts.
